Department of Computer Science and Engineering
Department Profile
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering was established in 1986. The departments have grown excellently in academic and research work since their inception. B.E (CSE), M.E (CSE) and Ph.D Programmes are offered in the department. Both full time and part time scholars are working in the area of Image and Video Analysis, Web Technology, Medical Image processing, Biometric processing, Distributed systems, Network and Network Security, Grid and Cloud computing, Data Mining, Sensor Networks, Big Data and IoT. Three focus groups on Data Science, IoT and Cyber Security are actively functioning in the departments. The students bring many laurels by participating and winning many National & State level awards for their contribution.
